Our Lifetime Guarantee

Doghook products are built for real dogs and real life. Every Doghook and leash we sell is backed by our lifetime guarantee.

If your Doghook or leash breaks, fails, or is chewed through during normal use, we will make it right through repair or replacement.

What’s Covered

Our lifetime guarantee covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Hardware or material failure

• Damage caused by normal dog use, including chewing

• Products that no longer function as intended

If it fails doing what it was designed to do, we stand behind it.

Repair First, When Possible

We believe in fixing what can be fixed. Repairing gear helps reduce waste and keeps great products in use longer.

When you contact us about an issue, we may offer:

• A repair of your existing leash, or

• A replacement if repair is not practical or would compromise safety

Whenever possible, we will let you choose repair or replacement. Some damage may require replacement to ensure your dog’s safety.

Replacements

If a product cannot be safely repaired, or if repair is not the best solution, we will replace it with the same or an equivalent product.

In most cases, you will not need to send the damaged item back.

What’s Not Covered

To keep this fair for everyone, our guarantee does not cover:

• Lost or stolen items

• Intentional damage or misuse beyond normal dog behavior

• Products altered or repaired by someone other than Doghook

• Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance or safety

Returns and Refunds

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Used products fall under our lifetime guarantee and are eligible for repair or replacement rather than refund.

A Note on Fair Use

This policy is built on trust. In rare cases of repeated or clear abuse, we reserve the right to limit or refuse service. This allows us to continue offering a lifetime guarantee to customers who use and care for their gear responsibly.
